We recently closed down the Runner’s World forums and The Loop. In their place, we created 11 new groups on Facebook:
We invite you to check out the new groups and participate in them. A vibrant, supportive, and welcoming community developed in our forums over the years and we’re hoping that this move will allow that same sense of community to exist for years to come — just in a different location.
Of course, we understand that this decision will be disappointing to some of you. The existing conversations can’t be migrated and there are some features on the current platform that won’t be available on Facebook. But after considering all the pros and cons, we’re confident that this is the best move forward.
